SPD was acquired from Baker Hughes on February 28, 2006, by Forum Oilfield Technologies. Other Forum companies include, Access Oil Tools, Acadiana Oilfield Instruments and Advance Manufacturing Technology. Recent additions include Pipe Wranglers, Gauge Plus and RB Pipetech. SPD is very proud to be part of this exciting new company.

weight of each pump by 10% through engineering innovations while increasing strength and maintaining the industry standard footprint and 100% interchange-ability with other
pump manufacturers.
- SPD offers Horizontal and Vertical skid packages
SPD also provides complete horizontal or vertical skid packages. Atex Certification is available on both pumps and complete packages

SPD now offers the industry preferred thread locking compound "Bakerlok" in a handy new 2oz kit. This kit eliminates waste and is very useful for smaller applications

- SPD develops 4” Top Entry Control/Choke valve
With a CV of over 60, we are now able to provide an excellent control/choke valve for those higher flowing wells. The 4” is the
larger cousin to the highly successful 2” & 3” BTE which are by far the most user friendly valve in the industry.
